To provide a shaving machine capable of shaving grass with soil by the roots, capable of achieving small turn and moving stably.SOLUTION: A second frame 20 is coupled to a first frame 10 rotatably around a rotary shaft extending in a lateral direction. An engine 30 is provided on a rear side of the rotary shaft on the second frame 20. A deceleration machine 40 is provided on a front side of the rotary shaft on the second frame 20. A transmission member 50 transmits rotation of the engine 30 to the deceleration machine 40. A rotary shaving tool 60 is configured so that, rotation decelerated by the deceleration machine 40 is transmitted thereto, and is provided on a front end lower part of the second frame 20. The second frame 20 is configured so that, a front side of the rotary shaft is heavier than a rear side of the rotary shaft, and therefore the rotary shaving tool 60 is pressed to a ground.
