PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a medical rotating implement guide device and to enhance the operability thereof.SOLUTION: The medical rotating implement guide device 10 is equipped with: a housing 11, equipped with a through-hole 11a having first and second openings and the crossing hole 11b communicating with the intermediate parts of the first and second openings a drive shaft 12 rotatably supported in the part on the side of the first opening from the intermediate part of the through-hole a first gear 13 fixed to the inner end of the drive shaft a support shaft 14 supported in the part on the side of the second opening from the intermediate part of the through-hole and traversing the intermediate part to support the first gear or the drive shaft a driven shaft 16 rotatably supported in the crossing hole and having the outer end part for attaching the inner end part fronted to the intermediate part of the through-hole and the rotating implement and a second gear 15 meshed with the first gear fixed to the inner end part of the driven shaft.
