PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating type cultivation container capable of uniformly applying light to the leaves of plants in hydroponic cultivation.SOLUTION: A cultivation container 10 includes a floating portion 11, a support member 12, a planting portion 13, and a blade 14. The floating portion 11 has buoyancy with respect to the culture solution B. The support member 12 holds at least one plant P to be grown in the culture solution B. The planting part 13 is disposed in the central part of the floating part 11 and fixes the supporting member 12. The blade 14 is attached to the floating part 11 and receives fluids (culture liquid B and air currents A1 and A2) uniformly flowing around it to rotate the floating part 11 around a rotation axis at a constant speed, the rotation axis being perpendicular to the liquid surface of the culture liquid B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
