A method for the production of human T-cell receptors (TCRs) specific for tumor cells comprising； providing a host organism expressing unrearranged human TCR loci, immunizing the organism with a peptide comprising an epitope specific for a tumour specific antigen (TSA), isolating a T cell clone having an activity against the TSA from the organism and optionally isolating from the T cell clone the TCR. Further provided are nucleic acids encoding the TCR of the invention, vectors and host cells comprising the TCRs of the invention as well as their use in the treatment of cancers.
