The present invention provides a manufacturing method of anti-mildew stickers, which includes four steps: preparing sticker； separating sticker body from the release paper； printing the anti-mildew agent； and, adhering sticker body with release paper. In the present invention, after separating the sticker body from the release paper, the anti-mildew agent may be attached on the sticker body and the release paper by printing； then, re-attaching the sticker body with the release paper, which may solve the problems of the anti-mildew sticker made by the conventional anti-mildew sticker manufacturing method that the distribution of anti-mildew agent is not even, the attached anti-mildew agent is not sufficient, and the durability is reduced. The sticker body of the anti-mildew sticker structure of the present invention is configured with an anti-mildew layer and an anti-mildew adhesive layer, so as to further enhance the anti-mildew effect. The present invention provides a manufacturing method of anti-mildew sticker structure which may make the anti-mildew agent with sufficient amount and evenly distributed and an anti-mildew sticker structure with better anti-mildew effect.本創作之防霉貼紙製造方法係包括貼紙製備、貼紙本體與離型紙分離、印刷防霉劑及貼紙本體與離型紙貼合四個步驟，本創作係將貼紙本體與離型紙分離後，將防霉劑以印刷的方式附著在貼紙本體與離型紙上，再重新貼合貼紙本體與離型紙，可解決現有防霉貼紙製造方法製造出之防霉貼紙所具有的防霉劑分佈不均勻、沾附防霉劑量不足以及耐用度下降的問題；本創作之防霉貼紙結構的貼紙本體設有一防霉層與一防霉黏膠層，因此能進一步地提升防霉效果；本創作提供一種能製作防霉劑量充足且分佈均勻的防霉貼紙製造方法及防霉效果較佳的防霉貼紙結構。
