PURPOSE: A producing method of soil protection paper is provided to prevent the growth of weed by covering the agricultural land for cultivating crops with graft paper coated with a natural material composition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of soil protection paper comprises a step of coating a coating solution(300) on one side of graft paper(100) and drying. The coating solution is formed with an adhesive(310) and a mineral mixture(330). The viscosity of the coating solution is 500cps. The adhesive is obtained by mixing 50parts of first solution by weight and 50parts of second solution, and adding 2~4parts of Arabic gum by weight and 1~3parts of sodium alginate by weight.본 발명은 그라프트 종이에 무기질을 함유한 천연재료 조성물을 도포하여 농작물을 재배하는 농지를 덮어 잡초의 성장을 억제하고 자연적으로 부패되도록 하여 농지에 무기질의 영양분을 공급할 수 있도록 한 토양 보호지에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 접착제는, 물 100 중량부에 대하여 양성전분 3 내지 7중량부, 덱스트린 3 내지 7 중량부가 혼합 내지 용해된 제 1용액과, 물 100 중량부에 대하여 대두단백 3 내지 7중량부, 밀크 카제인 3 내지 7중량부를 혼합 교반하고, 암모니아수 3 내지 7 중량부를 추가로 혼합시킨 제 2용액을 만들고, 상기 제 1용액과 제 2용액을 반씩 혼합한 용액 100중량부를 기준으로 아리비아 검 2 내지 4중량부, 알긴산 소다 1 내지 3중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지며, 광물질 혼합물(330)은 물 200중량부를 기준으로 벤토나이트 50 내지 70중량부, 죽탄 3 내지 7중량부, 황토 15 내지 25중량부, 맥반석 10 내지 20중량부를 혼합하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 토양 보호지이다.
