The present invention relates to a wearable device for measuring a bio-signal, and a method for predicting an abnormal symptom by using the wearable device and a program thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for predicting an abnormal symptom using a wearable device includes: a step (S200) of allowing a computer to receive pulse wave data from a wearable device a step (S210) of performing at least one of pulse shape analysis, phase change analysis, spectral analysis, and heart rate variability analysis based on the pulse wave data and a step (S230) of performing hypothermic shock prediction based on the analysis result.본 발명은 생체신호 측정을 위한 웨어러블 디바이스, 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용한 이상징후 발생예측방법 및 프로그램에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 웨어러블 디바이스를 이용한 이상징후 예측방법은, 컴퓨터가 웨어러블 디바이스로부터 맥파데이터를 수신하는 단계(S200) 맥파데이터를 기반으로 펄스 외형분석, 위상변화 분석, 스펙트럼 분석 및 심박변이도 분석 중 적어도 하나 이상을 수행하는 단계(S210) 및 상기 분석결과를 바탕으로 저혈량성 쇼크 발생 예측을 수행하는 단계(S230)를 포함한다.
