PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a natural extract for a cosmetic for improving of plain wrinkles.SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition for improving plain wrinkles has, as an effective component, a mixture of a hydrolized wheat protein, acetyl hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl oligopeptide, arginine, tiger cane extract, sodium hyaluronate, pegaga extract, green tea extract, licorice root extract, magonolia bark extract, scutellaria root extract, white willow bark extract, and propolis extract, wherein the composition contains an environmentally friendly and naturally friendly component, and exhibits a wrinkle improvement effect while affording no irritation to skin.
