The present invention relates to a method for producing a plant extract comprising a green tea leaf extract from which chloroplast or pigment is removed, a leaf extract of Camellia japonica, and an extract of Polygonum cuspidatum. The green tea leaf extract from which chloroplast or pigment is removed, the leaf extract of Camellia japonica, and the extract of Polygonum cuspidatum of the present invention exhibit significant anti-aging and skin wrinkle alleviating effects. At the same time, even when the plant extract is contained in a cosmetic composition in a high concentration, there is not cytotoxicity, and stability of a cosmetic product is maintained.
