PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems for example, when producing rolled sushi, conventionally, laver contacts rice seasoned with vinegar, sugar and salt, when one eats the rolled sushi, the laver absorbs moisture of the rice, so that flavor is reduced and the dry chewy texture cannot be kept, and it is difficult to roll only thin laver with a film, at home.SOLUTION: A production mold for rolled sushi comprises: a sushi production mold 1 which is a hollow and cylindrical container whose both ends are closed and center part is opened, internal roll means 2 whose one end is jointed to an opened one side of the sushi production mold 1, and which is a belt-state flexible material, and external roll means 3 whose one end is jointed to the opened other side of the sushi production mold and which is a belt-state flexible material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 巻き寿司制作において従来は海苔が寿司めしに接触し、食べるときには海苔が寿司めしの水分を吸って風味が損なわれ乾燥した歯ごたえのある食感を保つことができなかった。厚さの薄い海苔だけをあらかじめフィルムで巻いておくことも家庭では難しかった。【解決手段】 両端が閉塞され中央部が切り空けられた中空の円筒状の入れ物である寿司作り型1とその寿司作り型1の切り空けられた一つの辺に一端が接合された帯状の柔軟材である内巻き手段2と切り空けられた他方の辺に一端が接合された帯状の柔軟材である外巻き手段3を備えてなる巻き寿司作り型。【選択図】図1
