SOLUTION: The small forceps 10 comprise a forceps main body 15 including a first rod-like gripping member 11, a second gripping member 12 connected to the first gripping member 11, and a torsion spring 13 arranged between the first gripping member 11 and the second gripping member 12, and an exterior pipe 14 to cover the forceps main body 15.
