PURPOSE: An extraction method of liquid Dutch coffee is provided to enable users to easily dilute the liquid Dutch coffee with warm or cold water without using complex equipment or tools.CONSTITUTION: 1 kg of coffee beans are roasted at 220-230°C for 11-12 minutes (1). The roasted coffee beans are aged at 15-20°C for 24 hours (2). The aged coffee beans are grounded with a grinder (3). A mixed solution including 1,800-1,900 g of 10-15°C below zero of ice and 450-500 ml of purified water in a water tank is prepared (4). A glass coffee container is filled with ground coffee, and settled (5). Three layers of coffee particles are filled in the glass coffee container (6). Dutch coffee is extracted by using the mixed solution.
