PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch type solidification device for soybean curd products capable of: achieving uniform solidification without variation for a plurality of solidification vessels arranged on a base with respective uniform agitation means, preventing adhesion or deposition of solidified material to the wetted part of agitation means or the like, utilizing the agitation means in breaking matured solidified material, utilizing the agitation means and flow control means effectively in washing, and maintaining stabilized quality without product nonuniformity.SOLUTION: A batch type solidification device for soybean curd products including soybean milk supply means 5, solidifying agent supply means 6, discharge means 7 for solidified soybean milk, and agitation means 4 for each of a plurality of solidification vessels 2 discharges the solidified soybean milk from the lower part of each of the solidification vessels 2 through the discharge means 7 for solidified soy bean milk to a molding machine in a post process. The agitation means 4 includes vanes 4a as wetted part of the agitation means 4.
