PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce start-up time.SOLUTION: A quick startup driver receives an instruction from a startup execution process and creates a quick startup image and performs writing operation on an SSD (solid state drive). The startup execution process is a process which is executed first after an OS has been started up, and has a function to execute starting up of various processes in an endoscope program, creating a quick startup image, and recovery from the quick startup image in cooperation with the quick startup driver.
