PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam monitoring device in an electron beam sterilization unit, capable of visually confirming the irradiation state of electron beams irradiated from an irradiation nozzle.SOLUTION: The electron beam monitoring device in an electron beam sterilization unit includes an electron beam irradiation nozzle 31 of which the irradiation hole at the end is inserted in a container B for sterilization of the inner surface of the container B during traveling along a transport route together with the container B. In an idle route portion Ld where the electron beam irradiation nozzle 31 travels alone along the transport route, a light-emitting member 32 which emits light when exposed to the electron beams irradiated from the irradiation hole of the electron beam irradiation nozzle 31.
