PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic capable of causing turnover of skin cells efficiently in comparison with a conventional cosmetic.SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains a cell growth factor having a form of a complete-length protein, and a cell growth peptide having a form of an incomplete-length protein including at least a receptor binding domain.
