The present invention relates to an abutment combined with a fixture and, more specifically, to an abutment having an eccentric gum combination part such that the fixture can be eccentrically implanted. The abutment according to the present invention comprises a fixture insertion part and a gum combination part. The fixture insertion part is inserted into the fixture to be combined with the fixture. The central axis of the gum combination part is eccentric to cross the central axis of the fixture insertion part, and the gum combination part is formed on the fixture insertion part to be inserted into the gum. In the abutment, an eccentric line capable of confirming the eccentric amount is preferably formed on the upper end of the gum combination part. In addition, the abutment further comprises a prosthesis combination part formed on the gum combination part, for the combination with a prosthesis. The present invention provides the abutment having the eccentric gum combination part. Therefore, even though the fixture is implanted in the alveolar bone while leaning to one side, the prosthesis combined with the abutment can be located at the center, and the gum combination part is also located at the center, and thus the gum combination part is positioned directly below the prosthesis to support the prosthesis.
