A one piece dental implant is presented to solve the problem that prior one piece dental implant can not adapt to both implant surgery of anterior and posterior teeth. This one piece dental implant comprises an implant and an abutment. The two ends of the implant are a drilling end and a connecting end and the implant has a screw portion between the drilling end and the connecting end. The abutment is integrally formed at the connecting end of the implant.
