The invention relates to a process for making the metal structures of the mobile maxillary component by direct mock-up, in skeletal prosthetic works. According to the invention, the process comprises the following stages: a. preparing the model for mock-up by drawing the outline of the intended main connector, blocking-out undercut surfaces in the zone of matrices, opposing brackets and intra-attachments, followed by the application of a foiling wax layer as a support for the resin and, finally, by the operation of smoothing the sensible surfaces of the prosthetic field b. making the cases of resin matrices by brushing and shaping the same within the limits of the existing spaces pointed out in the articulator c. making the main connector by insulation with paraffin oil, applying acrylic resin by brushing for carrying out the rigid mock-up support, making a supplementary wax reinforcement, applying the profiled wax with a thickness of 0.4 mm, with specific striae, over the rigid resin support, shaping the limiting borders between the zones of application of aesthetic materials and the metal structure of the connector and, as a last shaping step, attaching the wax gauze, d. preparation for investment using the inclined investment technique, e. casting the investment mass using the inclined technique and, after leaving the mould to set for 1 h, putting the same for 60...90 min in a preheating furnace, at a temperature of 950°C, for the operation of casting the Cr-Co alloy, f. adapting the structures by finishing and metal settling, the metal structure being finally brought to the dimensions provided by design, by processing and finishing with specific cutters and discs, based on classic operations, known per se.Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de realizare a structurilor metalice a componentei mobile, maxilare, prin metoda de machetare directă, din cadrul lucrărilor protetice scheletale.
