PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fine particles for curing an epoxy resin which are excellent in dispersibility and also improve curing efficiency, when blended with a photosensitive water based epoxy resin composition, and a production method for the epoxy resin curing particles, and to provide a photosensitive water based epoxy resin composition containing the epoxy resin curing particles.SOLUTION: The fine particles for curing an epoxy resin, having a group causing an acid proliferation reaction on the surface, are obtained by polymerizing a radical polymeric monomer mainly having a monomer having a structure shown by general formula (1) in an aqueous medium. In general formula (1), X is H or -CH, and A is a group causing the acid proliferation reaction.
