PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of sharing a flexible substrate, and to provide an ultrasonic device, a piezoelectric module and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic device 4 includes a plurality of ultrasonic transducer arrays DL1-DL8 arranged in a first direction, first common terminals CA1-CA8 connected with the plurality of ultrasonic transducer arrays DL1-DL8, respectively, and located in a second direction crossing the first direction, on one end side in the second direction, second common terminals CB1-CB8 located on the other end, first signal terminals SA1-SA8 connected with the ultrasonic transducer arrays DL1-DL8, and led out to the one end side, and second signal terminals SB1-SB8 led out to the other end side.
