PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, a nurse who is called by a patient is not always capable of replying, sometimes reply may be late, and a patient has to wait.SOLUTION: A nurse call slave machine sends a call signal of a radio terminal and a registration signal for registering the radio terminal as a call destination, as different types of operation signals to a nurse call master machine. The master machine comprises a table for storing an identifier of the radio terminal which is registered as the call destination of the slave machine for each slave machine, determines the type of the operation signal received from the slave machine. When the operation signal is the call signal, the master machine refers to the table and calls the radio terminal which has been registered as the call destination of the slave machine which has sent the operation signal.
