PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic measurement apparatus, an ultrasonic image apparatus, an electronic apparatus, etc. to which a variety of probes can be connected without changing a configuration of a transmission reception circuit.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic measurement apparatus includes: a connector 150 having transmission terminals TD1-TDn and reception terminals RD1-RDn a transmission circuit 110 for outputting transmission signals to the transmission terminals TD1-TDn a voltage limit circuit 160 for performing voltage limit for reception signals from the reception terminals RD1-RDn and a reception circuit 120 to which the reception signals subjected to the voltage limit are input.
