CONSTITUTION: A producing apparatus of molded rice cake comprises the following: an insertion unit(10) including a dough inlet(11) for inserting dough, and a filling inlet(12) for inserting a filling； a molding frame(30) producing the molded rice cake using the dough and the filling； a molded rice cake producing module(20) including a housing unit(40) assembled to the lower side of the molding frame； a second screw unit(51) screwed to a first screw unit(41) located on the bottom of the housing unit； an oil supplying unit(50) detachably combined to the molded rice cake producing module for supplying oil； a concave supporter(52) in a disk shape with the concavely formed center； a combination boss unit(53) including the second screw unit； and a penetration unit(54) installed on the center of the concave supporter.본 발명은 성형떡의 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 성형떡의 제조를 위해 반죽이 투입되는 반죽 투입부(11)와, 앙금이 투입되는 앙금 투입부(12)가 형성되는 재료 투입유닛(10)； 상기 재료 투입유닛(10)의 하단부에 순차적으로 결합되어 상기 앙금과 상기 반죽을 토대로 상기 성형떡을 제조하되 성형틀(30)과, 상기 성형틀(30)의 하부에 조립되는 하우징부(40)를 포함하는 성형떡 제조모듈(20)； 및 상기 성형떡 제조모듈(20)의 하우징부(40)의 하단부에 형성되는 제1 나사부(41)에 나사 결합되는 제2 나사부(51)를 구비하며, 상기 성형떡 제조모듈(20)과 착탈 가능하게 결합되어 상기 성형떡의 성형 시 오일을 공급하는 오일 공급유닛(50)을 포함하며, 상기 오일 공급유닛(50)은, 원반 형상으로 중앙부가 오목하게 형성되는 오목 받침부(52)와, 상기 제2 나사부(51)가 내벽면에 형성되는 결합보스부(53)와, 오목 받침부(52)의 중앙에 형성되는 관통부(54)와, 상기 결합보스부(53)의 둘레면에 마련되어 상기 오일이 내부고 공급되는 오일 공급로(55)를 포함하며, 상기 오일의 공급량은 상기 하우징부(40)의 제1 나사부(41)에 대한 상기 오일 공급유닛(50)의 제2 나사부(51)의 접근(+Z) 나사 결합 또는 이격(-Z) 나사 결합에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 오일의 공급을 쉽고 간편하게 수행할 수 있어 부품들로부터 성형떡이 잘 떨어지지 않거나 혹은 성형떡들끼리 잘 떨어지지 않는 현상을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있다.
