PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tampon applicator enabling a user to simply arrange an absorber on an appropriate position in the vagina by a right use mode while suppressing worsening of portability.SOLUTION: A tampon applicator 1 includes an outer casing 20 having a holding cylindrical part 7, an inner cylinder 30, and a flange part 10 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the holding cylindrical part. The inner cylinder includes a first inner cylinder 31 and a second inner cylinder 32. The flange part includes a first projection 11, a second projection 12, and a third projection 13 which project from the outer peripheral surface of the holding cylindrical part to the diameter direction outside.
