A filter structure for a syringe is provided. The filter structure for a syringe according to the present invention comprises a filter part interposed between a cylinder and a syringe needle and connected to the syringe needle to have a first fluid path on one side, through which injection liquid is introduced, and a second fluid path on the other end, through which the injection liquid is discharged from the cylinder, in order to filter the injection liquid when discharging the injection liquid introduced into a rear part through the syringe needle connected to the front end of the cylinder. The filter part includes: a first check valve connected to the cylinder to selectively block the first fluid path, thereby enabling the injection liquid to be introduced into the cylinder through the first fluid path a second check valve connected to the syringe needle to selectively block the second fluid path, thereby enabling the injection liquid to be discharged through the second fluid path outside of the cylinder a filter member disposed in the second fluid path to filter the injection liquid discharged through the first check valve and a filter body interposed between the second check valve and the filter member to have a front end connected to the second check valve and a rear end connected to the first check valve, thereby closely attaching the filter member to the first check valve.
