The present invention relates to a filter syringe. In particular, a syringe having a filter means for filtering foreign materials such as glass pieces of an ampoule is modified to prevent foreign materials from being injected with a medicinal liquid. Specifically, the filter syringe can smoothly suction and inject a medicinal liquid through a little power even when a filter means having a fine pore size is applied. The filter syringe comprises a syringe needle (10), a cylinder (20), and a plunger (30). The filter syringe comprises: a suctioning flow path formed to extend from a hollow cap (100) having a cutting edge to the cylinder (20), and including a unidirectional valve means and an injecting flow path formed to extend from the cylinder (20) to the syringe needle (10), and including a detachable opening and closing means (400) for selectively opening and closing the syringe needle and a filter mans (200) for filtering foreign materials from a medicinal liquid. The injecting flow path and the suctioning flow path shape parts thereof, or the injecting flow path is independently formed from the suctioning flow path. Accordingly, a flow path extending from the filter means (200) to the syringe needle (10) of the injecting flow path is independently formed from the suctioning flow path, and a filter means is prepared in the injecting flow path to prevent foreign materials from being injected with a medicinal liquid. Even when a filter means having a fine pore size is applied, a medicinal liquid can be more actively suctioned and injected.
