The present invention relates to a syringe having a filter capable of filtering out foreign substances from an injection solution. The syringe includes a filter unit which is disposed on a cylinder and filters out foreign substances from an injection solution to discharge the filtered foreign substances, wherein the cylinder has a chamber for accommodating the injection solution and a plunger for introducing or discharging the injection solution by forward and backward operating thereof. Particularly, the filter unit comprises a body part in which two flow paths are formed to penetrate each other； a filter which is prepared in any one of the two flow paths； and a pair of membranes which is prepared to selectively block a first flow path and a second flow path according to a flow of the injection solution.본 발명은 주사액 중의 이물질을 필터링할 수 있는 필터가 구비되는 주사기에 관한 것으로, 주사액이 수용되는 챔버가 형성되어 플런저의 전후 조작에 의해 주사액의 유입 또는 배출이 이루어지는 플런저가 조립되는 실린더에 구비되어 주사액의 이물질을 여과하여 배출하게 되는 필터 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 필터 유닛은, 두 개의 유로가 관통 형성된 몸체부와； 두 유로 중의 어느 하나에 마련되는 필터와； 주사액의 흐름에 따라서 제1유로와 제2유로를 선택적으로 차단하도록 마련되는 한 쌍의 멤브레인을 포함한다.
