The present invention relate to a syringe. In particular, compared to a conventional syringe having a syringe flow pathway including a syringe needle, a part of a syringe flow pathway excluding a syringe needle is shared or a suctioning flow pathway completely independent from the syringe flow pathway is formed according to the present invention, so a medicinal solution can be more actively suctioned. The syringe including a syringe needle (10) and a cylinder (20) and having a syringe flow pathway extended from the cylinder (20) to the syringe needle (10) comprises: an opening and closing means (400) for selectively sealing the syringe flow pathway a penetration hole for connecting the inside and the outside of any one of the syringe needle (10), the connector (500) for connecting the syringe needle (10) with the cylinder (20), and the cylinder (20) and a unidirectional valve means (300) for controlling the opening and closing of the penetration hole. A suctioning flow pathway is additionally formed to be extended from a hollow cap (100) having a cutting edge to the cylinder (20). Thus, a separate suctioning flow pathway which does not pass through a syringe needle is formed in a conventional syringe, and a medicinal solution can be more actively suctioned.
