PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe capable of recovering a part of a stored medicinal solution in another space.SOLUTION: The prefilled syringe 1 includes: a syringe body 2 an inner plug 7 installed at the distal end part of the syringe body 2 an injection needle 21 installed to the inner plug 7 and a cap 24 freely attachably/detachably mounted on the injection needle 21. The syringe body 2 includes: an outer cylinder 3 an inner cylinder 4 having an opening/closing means a first gasket 12 fixed to the distal end part of the inner cylinder 4 and slidable inside the outer cylinder 3 a second gasket 13 slidable inside the inner cylinder 4 and a plunger 11 for moving the second gasket 13 along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 4.
