The present invention relates to a syringe with a bypass channel, comprising: a cylinder part which has a storage space inside, an open inlet part on the upper side and an outlet part on the lower side； a plunger which is installed in the storage space through the inlet part of the cylinder； and at least one bypass channel connected to the cylinder part wherein the bypass channel is opened and closed, connects the inside of the cylinder to the outside of the cylinder when being opened, and blocks the inside and the outside of the cylinder individually when being closed.본 발명은 부외통로부를 구비한 시린지에 관한 것으로, 내부에 수용공간을 형성하며, 상부가 개방된 입구부를 형성하고 하부에 배출부를 형성하는 실린더부를 포함한다. 또한, 실린더부의 입구부를 통해 수용공간에 배치되는 플런저를 포함한다. 또한, 실린더부에 결합되는 적어도 하나의 부외통로부를 포함한다. 또한, 부외통로부는 개폐되며, 개방 시 실린더부의 내부와 외부를 서로 연통시키고, 폐쇄 시 실린더부의 내부와 외부를 서로 차단시킨다.
