PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe gasket capable of preventing or reducing generation of pulsation in a liquid injected from a syringe, and to provide the syringe using it.SOLUTION: A syringe gasket 40 is attached to a syringe plunger 20 and freely slidably housed inside a syringe outer cylinder 30. The syringe gasket includes: a body member 50 formed from an elastic material, having a hollow shape, provided with a closing part 52 on a distal end and provided with an opening 53 for attaching the syringe plunger 20 on a rear end and a dumping member 60 formed from a dumping material and provided on the body member, for suppressing vibrations of the body member.
