PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe which excels in operability and can prevent leakage.SOLUTION: A syringe 1 includes an outer cylinder 2, a needle body 3, a gasket 4, a first pusher 5 and a second pusher 6, and is composed so that the first pusher 5 may be moved to the tip side in relation to the outer cylinder 2 by moving the second pusher 5 to the tip side in relation to the outer cylinder 2 and that chemicals 100 are injected into an object through the needle body 3 by moving the gasket 4 to the tip side in relation to the outer cylinder 2 by the first pusher 5.
