Disclosed is a filtering needle set for a syringe, which is capable of being simply coupled to an ordinary syringe cylinder to be generally used, using an injection liquid injected into a vial with a rubber packing as well as a glass ampule, and sucking the injection liquid from the syringe cylinder at the same condition as that of the ordinary syringe. According to the present invention, the filtering needle set for a syringe comprises: a needle coupling cap detachably coupled to the front end of the syringe； a needle coupled to the needle coupling cap to communicate with the needle coupling cap； a guiding case inserted into and coupled to the needle coupling cap； and a filter unit slid in and coupled to the inside of the needle coupling cap, maintaining a state of being spaced apart from a needle at a predetermined distance when a plunger is retracted to suck the injection liquid into the cylinder, slid toward the needle along the guiding case by the pressure of the injection liquid discharged from the cylinder to the coupling cap when the plunger is advanced to discharge the injection liquid to the outside of the cylinder so that injection liquid discharge hole having a filter mounted therein is connected to communicate with the needle, and thus allowing the injection liquid to be filtered through the filter and injected into a human body through the needle.일반적인 주사기 실린더에 간단하게 결합하여 범용적으로 사용할 수 있으며, 유리 앰플은 물론 고무패킹된 바이알병에 주입되어 있는 주사액까지도 사용할 수 있으며, 일반적인 주사기와 동일한 조건으로 주사기 실린더 내에 주사액을 흡입시킬 수 있는 주사기용 필터링 니들 세트가 개시된다. 상기 주사기용 필터링 니들 세트는 주사기의 선단에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 니들 결합 캡과, 상기 니들 결합 캡과 연통되도록 상기 니들 결합 캡에 결합되는 니들과, 상기 니들 결합 캡 내부에 삽입 결합되는 가이드용 케이스 및, 상기 가이드용 케이스에 슬라이딩 체결되어 플런저를 후진시켜 주사액을 실린더 내에 흡입할 시에는 니들과 소정간격 이격된 상태를 유지하다가 상기 플런저를 전진시켜 주사액을 실린더 외부로 배출시킬 시에는 상기 실린더로부터 니들 결합 캡으로 배출되는 주사액의 압력에 의해 가이드용 케이스를 따라 니들 측으로 슬라이딩 이동되어 필터가 실장되어 있는 주사액 배출구가 니들과 연통되도록 결합되어 주사액이 필터를 통해 필터링된 후 니들을 통해 인체에 주사될 수 있도록 하는 필터유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
