Provided is a hub for a syringe with a safety filter which prevents glass particles of an ample from being injected to a patient. The hub for a syringe according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a needle hub which is coupled with a needle at one end a guide valve with one or more first through-holes and one or more second through-holes a valve which is made of a flexible material, is coupled to the back side of the guide valve, thereby opening the first though-holes of the guide valve when an injection fluid is injected to the inside of a cylinder and closing the second through-holes of the guide valve when the injection fluid is discharged from the cylinder a filter member which is attached to the front side of the guide valve and covers the first through-holes a backflow prevention valve which is assembled in front of the filter member to enable vertical movement, thereby being attached to the filter member when the injection fluid is injected and being separated from the filter member when the injection fluid is discharged and a fixing body for fixing the guide valve in the needle hub.
