PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a conventional nursing device attachable to a bed, in which an extension member is projectingly installed on the bed side in a direction orthogonal to the bed side, causing an obstruction at the feet of a user such as a care required person, and making it difficult to use the nursing device body on the front side.SOLUTION: In the present invention, to the base frame of a supine table, one end of an extension member is fixed which is supported on the floor for installing the supine table. Then, the extension member is extendedly installed to the side of the supine table and, at the same time, the post of the nursing device body is structured to be erected and supported on the other end of the extension member. In this nursing device, the extension member is designed in a shape to detour around the side space of the supine table between the one end and the other end of the extension member.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来のベッド取付型介助装置では、延設用部材が、ベッドの側方で、その側辺に直交する方向に突設されているため、延設用部材が要介助者等の使用者にとって足元の障害物となり、介助装置本体を正面側として使用することが困難である。このため改善の余地がある。【解決手段】本発明では、仰臥台の基部フレームに、この仰臥台を設置する床面に支持させる延設用部材の一端部を固定し、この延設用部材を仰臥台の側方に延設すると共に、この延設用部材の他端部に介助装置本体の支柱を立設支持可能に構成した仰臥台取付型介助装置において、前記延設用部材は、前記一端部と他端部間において仰臥台の側方空間を迂回する迂回形状に構成することにより、上記課題を解決した。【選択図】図1
