PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of a caretaker when a seating person is moved from a wheelchair to a seat body of a vehicle seat device.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat device according to this invention includes: a seat body 10 a cushion lifting mechanism 80 which moves up and down a rear part of a seat cushion 11 of the seat body 10 and rotates the seat cushion 11 between a forward inclination position and a seated position in a vertical direction a reclining mechanism 90 capable of adjusting an inclination angle of a seat back 12 and a seat moving device which moves the seat body 10 between a predetermined position in a vehicle cabin and a boarding position at the exterior of the vehicle cabin.
