PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and facilitate the mounting of a device by excluding troublesome signal lines, in a root apex position detection device.SOLUTION: An object contact electrode is directly connected to a body of this root apex position detection device, and a measurement electrode is connected to the device body through a bendable signal line. By directly connecting and integrating the object contact electrode and the device body, the device body is necessarily mounted to a patient when mounting the electrode to the patient, and it immediately comes into a state of allowing root apex position measurement.
