The present invention relates to anticancer nanoparticles with improved target specificity for cancer tissue and a preparation method therefor and more specifically to anticancer nanoparticles with amplified target specificity wherein an anticancer drug serum albumin as a nanoparticle base material and a porphyrin based compound as a target specific material are noncovalently bonded and a preparation method therefor. The anticancer drug the serum albumin as a base material and the porphyrin as a target specific material are noncovalently bonded in the anticancer nanoparticles with amplified target specificity according to the present invention and thus it is possible to prevent a toxic side effect a decrease in efficacy of the anticancer drug and a decrease in target specificity which frequently appear in anticancer nanoparticles the nanoparticles are further stabilized and cancer target specificity is amplified during electromagnetic wave irradiation since an active oxygen forming function which is an intrinsic function of porphyrin is active due to no change to the chemical structure of porphyrin which is a target specific material. The effects work in multiple ways thereby maximizing tumor transfer/targeting efficiency of the anticancer drug in the anticancer nanoparticles with amplified target specificity of the present invention and thus it is possible to expect effective treatment in both early and terminal stage cancer.
