PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and disinfecting device for a bedside scope, easy to carry and easy to perform cleaning and disinfecting work while allowing reduction of cost as the device.SOLUTION: This cleaning and disinfecting device includes: a cylindrical cleaning bottle 10 formed with an operation part holding part 13 for holding an operation part 52 thereinside a lid body 15 detachably installed to an upper end opening 14 in a state of water-tightly closing the upper end opening 14 of the cleaning bottle 10 a flexible insertion part storage tube 21 whose base end is communicated with and connected to a bottom hole 16 part of the cleaning bottle 10 such that the insertion part storage tube 21 comes into a state that the insertion part storage tube 21 loosely surrounds an insertion part 51 extending outside the cleaning bottle 10 from inside the cleaning bottle 10 through the bottle hole 16 and a bottle support base 30 for placing the cleaning bottle 10 such that the insertion part storage tube 21 comes into a state that the insertion part storage tube 21 extends downward from the bottom hole 16.
