PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guide tube device in which the diameter of an endoscope guide conduit can be increased while maintaining flexibility of the endoscope guide conduit.SOLUTION: There is provided the endoscope guide tube device including a flexible insertion tube for guiding the insertion part of a soft endoscope into a body cavity and an operation part connected to the proximal end part of the insertion tube and having an operation means for bending the insertion tube.
