The present invention relates to a device for automatically washing and sterilizing an endoscope (1) comprising: an insertion unit (1) which has a photographing unit installed at a front end thereof； a manipulation unit (2) which is connected to a proximal end of the insertion unit (1) and configured to be gripped by an observer to perform various manipulations； and a channel (3) which is formed at the insertion unit (1) and at the manipulation unit (2) to allow a treatment tool for a treatment to be inserted in a front end of the insertion unit (1) through the manipulation unit (2).
