The present disclosure relates to novel imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives, and more particularly to imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives having an excellent activity of inhibiting gastric acid secretion, methods for preparing the same, and the use thereof. The imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives according to the present disclosure have gastric acid secretion inhibitory activity, and thus may be effectively used for the prevention or treatment of gastrointestinal inflammatory diseases or gastric acid-related diseases.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés d'imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, et plus particulièrement des dérivés d'imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine doués d'une excellente activité d'inhibition de la sécrétion d'acide gastrique, leurs procédés de préparation et leur utilisation. Les dérivés d'imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine selon la présente invention manifestent une activité d'inhibition de la sécrétion d'acide gastrique, ce qui leur permet d'être utilisés efficacement pour prévenir ou traiter les maladies inflammatoires gastro-intestinales ou les maladies liées à l'acide gastrique.
