PURPOSE: A red pepper grinder is provided to effectively process massive amount of red pepper at the same time using a grinding roller by installing a cutting unit and a seed separating transfer unit in multiple layers. CONSTITUTION: A red pepper grinder includes a seed separating transfer unit, a grinding roller, a cutter, and a transfer screw. The seed separating transfer unit(30) is installed on the lower side of a cutting unit(20) in the traverse direction. The grinding roller grinds peels of red pepper transferred from the seed separating transfer unit. The cutter(22) is installed on the cutting unit in multiple rows. The transfer screw(32) includes one end fixed to an insulating member(40) and the other end fixed to the seed separating transfer unit.본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제는 절단커터가 설치된 절단부와, 고추피를 이송스크류로 이송하는 씨분리 이송부를 각각 복열로 형성하여 많은 양의 고추를 효과적으로 분쇄할 수 있도록 한 고추 분쇄기를 제공하기 위한 것이다.본 발명의 목적은 절단부에 복열로 축설되어 반대방향으로 회전하는 한쌍의 절단 커터； 씨분리 이송부의 중앙을 횡으로 가로지르게 설치된 차단부재； 상기 차단부재의 좌우에 횡방향으로 축설된 한쌍의 이송스크류； 상기 차단부재에 한쪽이 고정되고 다른 쪽은 씨분리 이송부에 고정 설치되어 상기 이송스크류의 하부를 감싸주는 한쌍의 반원모양의 선별망 부재； 상기 절단부 반대쪽의 씨분리 이송부 하부에 형성되어 상기 이송스크류에 의해 이송된 고추피가 통과하는 통로；가 구비된 고추분쇄기에 의하여 달성되어진다.
