PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution culture facility to grow a plant by suspending a culture medium composed of rock wool, or the like, from a ceiling and having improved pest-controlling effect on the plant by applying a pest-controlling liquid all over both faces of the leaves of the plant. SOLUTION: Culture media are arranged in plural rows, a controlling pipe 1 is extended under the medium along the longitudinal direction of the medium row, and a number of ejection nozzles 1a are opened upward against the plant of the adjacent medium row.
