PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling device for nutriculture, with which troubles such as an overflow of a nutritious liquid by water leakage and poor drainage from the fixed part of a drainage hole, etc., hardly occur and has a simple structure not requiring high-quality control equipment. SOLUTION: The seedling raising apparatus is equipped with a culture tank having no drainage hole, a culture solution tank, a pump and a water supply and drainage pipe and has constitution that the water supply and drainage pipe connected to the outlet side of the pump held in the culture solution tank is branched in the middle of the pipe, one side is opened in the vicinity of the bottom of the culture tank and the other is opened in the culture solution tank.
