PURPOSE: A method for making a wormwood fermentation and a patch device using the wormwood fermentation are provided to penetrate active ingredients of the fermentation onto epidermis and to ensure anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal functions.CONSTITUTION: A method for making a wormwood fermentation comprises: a step of drying wormwood under the shade at room temperature a step of adding 2L of ethanol to 1.0 kg of the wormwood and shaking for 8 hours a step of filtering the ethanol extract using a filter paper by reduced pressure a step of concentrating the filtered liquid at 45-55 Deg. C. by compression to prepare soft extract a step of mixing 200g of the soft extract and 200 ml of enzyme solution containing beta-glucosidase in a fermentation tank and a step of fermenting and maturing the mixture at 45-55 Deg. C. for 48 hours. The method further comprises: a step of adding 12g of carbomer 940 to 500 ml of purified water and mixing with the fermentation a step of adding 50g of labrasol, 100g of propylene glycol, and 30g of ethanol and shaking and a step of adding triethanol amine and incubating the final mixture at 4 Deg. C. for 24 hours.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Adhesive patch (BB) Wormwood-fermented gel (CC) Epidermis (DD) Drug (EE) Dermis (FF) Blood vessel (GG) Subcutaneous tissue/fascia (HH) Deep fascia (II) Muscle (JJ) Vein (KK) Artery본 발명은 쑥 발효물 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 실온에서 음건한 약쑥 1.0kg을 취하고 에탄올 2ℓ를 넣어 8시간동안 흔들어 주면서 방치한 후 에탄올 추출용액을 흔들어 주면서 여과지를 사용하여 감압 여과하는 단계와 여과한 액을 감압농축기에 넣고 45~55℃에서 일정한 조건으로 감압 농축시켜 연조엑스 상태로 만드는 단계와 상기 단계에서 만들어진 연조엑스 200g을 취하고 베타글루코시다제 2,000 단위가 함유된 효소 용액 200㎖를 가하여 발효조에 넣고 45~55℃에서 48시간 동안 발효 숙성시켜 쑥 발효물을 제조하는 단계와 상기 단계에서 제조된 쑥 발효물에 겔화제인 카보머940(carbomer) 12g을 정제수 500㎖에 가하여 팽윤시키고, 라브라솔 50g, 프로필렌글리콜 100g 및 에탄올 30g을 순차적으로 혼합한 후 흔들어 주면서 트리에탄올아민을 첨가하여 pH 6.5로 만들어 하이드로 겔을 형성시킨 다음 4℃에서 24시간 동안 방치함으로써 쑥 발효물의 하이드로 겔을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
