This invention provides the biodegradable resin composition which has good transparency, flexibility and weather resistance, is free from the deterioration of the transparency by the bleeding-out of an anti-fogging agent with the passage of time, has excellent anti-fogging durability, and gives littleenvironmental loads, and also provides a film or sheet suitable for agriculture and food packaging. For 100 parts by mass of biogradable resin, such composition is characterized by comprising 0.1 to 5.0 parts mass of the ester of fatty acid with the alcohols selected from sorbitol, sorbitan, and polyglycerol (including dehydration-condensed alcohols, andepoxide adducts of polyol) as the anti-fogging agent, and 0.05 to 2.5 parts mass of a sulfonate surfactant.本發明係關於提供一種具有透明性、柔軟性、耐候性,並無藉由經時下的防霧劑滲漏之透明性阻礙,且具有優良防霧持續性之對環境負荷較小之生物分解性樹脂組成物、及適用於農業、食品包裝之薄膜或薄片。一種生物分解性樹脂組成物,其特徵為對於100質量份的生物分解性聚酯樹脂而言,含有0.1~5.0質量份的作為防霧劑係選自山梨糖醇、山梨糖醇酐、聚甘油之醇類(含脫水縮合醇類、多元醇之環氧化物加成物)與脂肪酸之酯類、及0.05~2.5質量份的磺酸鹽系界面活性劑。
