A rescue device for moving a subject comprising i) a brace member for securing the arms and the torso of the subject together, the brace member comprising i. a central section ii. a first and second lateral section, and iii. fastening means wherein the brace member is capable of forming a loop for securing the arms and the torso of the subject together by fastening the first lateral section to the second lateral section with the fastening means, and ii) a ribbon member pair for moving and/or stabilizing a subject wearing the brace member when said rescue device is in use, the ribbon member pair comprising i. a first ribbon member having a first portion connected to the brace member and ii. a second ribbon member having a second portion connected to the brace member.Linvention concerne un dispositif de sauvetage pour déplacer un sujet comprenant : i) un élément dimmobilisation pour fixer conjointement les bras et le torse du sujet , lélément dimmobilisation comprenant : i une partie centrale ii. une première et une seconde partie latérale, et iii. des moyens de fixation. Lélément dimmobilisation peut former une boucle pour fixer conjointement les bras et le torse du sujet par fixation de la première partie latérale à la seconde partie latérale à laide de moyens de fixation, et ii) une paire déléments de ruban pour déplacer et/ou stabiliser un sujet qui porte lélément dimmobilisation lorsque le dispositif de sauvetage est en cours dutilisation, la paire déléments de ruban comprenant : i. un premier élément de ruban ayant une première partie reliée à lélément dimmobilisation et ii. un second élément de ruban ayant une seconde partie reliée à lélément dimmobilisation.
