The present invention is to provide a herb-processing method for effect of perilla leaf, comprising the steps of: washing perilla leaves and shading for one day (S-1) rolling the semi-dried leaves in a roll type (S-2) putting roll type leaves in a heated steel plate and heating the same so as not to burn the surface (S-3) and re-shading the heated leaves and grinding the same into powder (S-4). The present invention is an extremely useful invention for enhancing an effect of the perilla leaf through the roll type heat treatment method, preventing burning or ashes, and minimizing loss of essential oil components, thereby maximizing the effect of the perilla leaf.본 발명은 들깻잎을 세척한 후, 1일 동안 음건하는 단계(S-1) 반건조된 잎을 롤타입으로 마는 단계(S-2) 롤타입의 잎을 가열된 철판에 넣고 겉면이 타지 않도록 가열하는 단계(S-3) 가열된 잎을 다시 음건한 후, 분쇄하여 분말로 제조하는 단계(S-4)를 포함하도록 구성되는 들깻잎 효능을 위한 포제법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 롤타입의 열처리 방법을 통해 들깻잎의 효과도 증진하고 타거나 재가 되는 것을 방지하며, 특히 정유성분의 소실을 최소화화여 들깻잎의 효과를 극대화하도록 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
